Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (within Latvia): 1-2 business days
  • Europe: 5–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other external factors.

 

4. Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment.

 

5. International Shipping & Customs

 

For international orders:

  • You may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable)

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

 

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
